Services for Helen Joyce Livingston, age 82, of Belton will be Thursday at 10:00 AM at Dossman Funeral Home with Rev. Jackie Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery near Burnet.
Mrs. Livingston died Tuesday at her home in Belton.
She was born April 30, 1927 in Holland, Texas to Jess and Annie (Rosser) Cothren. A lifelong resident of Central Texas she married Dave Livingston on October 9, 1950 in Georgetown. For a while she worked in housekeeping for area nursing homes but was a homemaker for most of her life. She was a member of the Assembly Of God Church in Belton. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, 1 son and her husband.
Survivors include 5 daughters; Susie Stevens of Belton, Marva Hurst of Belton, Mae Kendrick of Pflugerville, Ann Barnett of Moody and Elaine Gray of Burnett, 1 sister; Christine Lawson of Bartlett, 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
