Jessica was born on April 30, 1985 in Waco. She grew up in Belton and was a 2003 graduate of Belton High School. Jessica was a three year member of Belton High School's Magic Bells and a member of Moffat Baptist Church. Jessica is survived by her parents, Jeffrey and Kathy Carlisle Davis of Temple, a sister, Laurell Carlisle, and grandparents, Albert and Dovie Carlisle of Waco.
