Edna G. Philibert

Belton--- Edna G. Philibert, 92, of Belton, died Thursday September 22, 2011, at her home. Entombment will be at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple. Mrs. Philibert was born March 15, 1919, in Moody, the daughter of Robert Edwin Barron and Mabel Juba Edwards Barron. She married Joe Philibert June 10, 1981 in Branson, Missouri. She was a member of the Eastern Star and many other organizations. She was a published author with four books to her credit. She was preceded in death by her husband November 6, 1998. Survivors include two daughters Roberta Clarke of Troup and Carol Lambert of Belton. One sister Loma Ruth Dawson of Belton. Four grandsons, 16 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
