Mrs. Heather J. Cotter, 87, of Belton, Texas passed away on Monday, December 13, 2010 in a Belton Nursing Home. Mrs. Cotter was born in Yarmouth, England to Francis and Winifred (Legnos) Higgins. Mrs. Cotter is survived by a son: David Cotter of Andrews, Texas and a daughter: Claire Mahan of Temple, Texas. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Andrews, Texas.
