Phyllis Jean O'Neal

Graveside Services for Phyllis Jean O'Neal, age 74, of Belton will be held Tuesday at 10:00 AM at Rest Haven Cemetery with Rev. Don Rievile officiating. Mrs. O'Neal died Thursday in a Temple hospital. She was born November 1, 1935 in Milam County near Rosebud to William Alton and Irene (Dillingberg) Morris. She was a graduate of Rosebud High School. She married Pat O'Neal in 1954 in Rosebud. She worked as a drivers license clerk for the Texas Department of Public Safety for 28 years then worked for the Bell County Expo Center for 15 years. Survivors include 2 sons, Sparky O'Neal and Patrick O'Neal both of Belton; 1 daughter, Paula Eitel of Clifton; 1 brother, William Anthony "Tony" Morris of Blum; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.
