Mrs Fisher was born July 27, 1929 in Colbert, Oklahoma to William T. Elkins and Amie French Elkins. She married Dale L. Fisher July 16, 1974 in Illinois. She was a member of Christian Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in Belton. She is preceded in death by her parents and one grandchild. She is survived by her husband Dale L. Fisher; sons Ricky Ortega and Jerry Ortega; daughters Linda Lozano, Judy Lightfoot and Andrea Brayson; 8 Grandchildren; 14 Great Grandchildren
