Margie Sue Newland

Mrs. Newland was born September 28, 1930 in Eula, Texas. She was a graduate of Hendrick School of Nursing in Abilene and was a dedicated registered nurse for over 50 years. She was a member of the Tarrant County Chapter of the American Red Cross for 25 years, and was a true believer in volunteer service including Camp Fire Girls, youth baseball, and PTA. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Teri. Survivors include a daughter, Keri Ray and husband James of Temple; son, David Newland and wife Babby, of Aledo; grandsons, John Newland and wife, Danielle, Adam Ray, Scott Ray, Shane Hopkins and Brenden Newland.
