Charles Joseph Sivley

He was born on Aug. 6, 1953, to William Baker Sivley III and Yevonne Bernard Sivley in Albuquerque, N.M. He served in the U.S. Army, 1970-1972, and he was a veteran of the Vietnam war. He worked for the Temple Daily Telegram as an operations manager for more than 10 years. Survivors include a daughter, Laura Ayris of Temple.
