Billie J. White

Funeral services for Billie J. (Allen) White, 95, of Temple, will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 23, 2026, at Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Jared Burt officiating. Burial will follow at Greathouse Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends for visitation 4:00- 6:00 PM Sunday, February 22, 2026, at the funeral home.

 Mrs. White died Wednesday, February 18, 2026 in a Temple nursing facility.

 Mrs. White was born October 2, 1930 in Lampasas, the daughter of William Edward Allen and Era Grace (Woodard) Allen. She graduated from Killeen High School. She married Freddie White, June 17, 1948 in Copperas Cove. They made their home in Temple. She was a long time member of Taylors Valley Baptist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her husband in 2005; one grandson, Brian White; son-in-law Oscar Martinez; two brothers, and two sisters. 

Survivors include, two sons Ronnie White and wife, Marsha, Ricky White and wife, Vicki; two daughters, Donna Ernst and husband Jim; and Sandra Martinez; seven grandchildren, Stephen Ernst, Damon Martinez, Cari Walker, Justin White, Jason Martinez, Darren White, and Kevin White; 17 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
