Funeral services for Carl A. Luckett, 61, of Rogers, will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, Nov 3, 2025, at Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Allen Raynor officiating. Burial will follow at Reeds Lake Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation 5:00 -7:00 PM, Sunday evening, Nov 2, 2025 at the funeral home.

Mr. Luckett died October, 28, 2025, in a Temple hospital.

Mr. Luckett was born July 18, 1964 in Landstuhl, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, the son of Chester Alonzo Luckett and Catherine Geraldine Denny Luckett. He married Dixie Lawson, July 31, 1987, in Belton. He was a long haul truck driver and owned his own truck. He enjoyed being self-employed. Later he went to work for Bell County in the Road and Bridge Department.

Mr. Luckett was preceded in death by his parents, one son Jason David Pavy, father-in-law Gene Lawson; two brothers and a nephew.

Survivors include his wife, Dixie Luckett; two daughters, Melissa Brown and husband Daniel, and Angie Williams Brown and husband Marco; three sisters Carol, Catherine and Cheryl; seven grandchildren, Vanessa Ngotel and husband Walton, Olivia Pavy, Mikayla Brown, Erin Gardner and husband Jesse, Makayla Brown, Adyson Felix and Ricky Coffey; and three great-grandchildren, Uriah Scott, Makensley Ngotel and Chase Ngotel.
