Mr. Finney died Friday, January 11, 2019 at his home in Belton.
Mr. Finney was born in Temple, March 17, 1958, the son of J.T. and Nelda Ann (Kelley) Finney.
He was a long time Mechanic in the Belton area.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph Finney of Belton and Shelby Finney of France; two daughters, Kelley Miller and husband Elijah of Academy, and Lynn Finney of France; a sister, Carol Decker of Belton; a brother Charles Finney of Belton and three grandchildren.
Dossman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
