Michael "Mike" Mundell

Graveside services for Michael “Mike” Mundell, 74, of Temple, will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 30, 2024, at Rest Haven Cemetery in Belton with Minister H. K. Ballard officiating.

Mr. Mundell died Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at his home in Temple.

Mr. Mundell was born May 5, 1950, in Big Spring, the son of Jack and Marvelene (Bradford) Mundell.  He was raised Church of Christ.   He worked as a farmer and an oil and gas plant operator for many years.  He worked overseas for several years as well.    Later he opened Temple Alternator and Starter where he worked as a mechanic for many years.

Mr. Mundell married Jeanette Wells, on October 10, 1995, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Mundell; son Jason Mundell; two daughters Lori Gonzales and Shelly Stone; one brother Steve Mundell, and two sisters Teresa Spencer and Toni Mundell; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Dossman Funeral Home in Belton is in charge of arrangements.
