Michelle Ann Roush

Michelle Ann Roush, 61, of Holland, TX., passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, at a Temple Hospital. She was surrounded by loved ones who will miss her deeply. Dossman Funeral is helping the family.

She was born on December 3, 1964, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Michelle, known lovingly as Mommie Dearest, requested that no funeral be held for her, as funerals are for the living not the dead. “So, throw a party and don’t cry over me!”. Though there will be plans in the future for a Celebration of Life.

Michelle was a loving person, leaving behind at least two generations who call her mama. But she didn’t just love family, as her final act of loving kindness came as she gave the gift of life through organ donation. Helping those who didn’t have much hope left.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joan and Donald Bunte, and her son Richard Roush.

She is survived by her daughters, Nikki, Leela, Allison, son James; grandchildren, Kourtney, J.D., Benjamin, and D.J.
