Rosie Knight-Colvin

Graveside services for Rosie Knight-Colvin, 61, of Temple will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, January 23, 2026, at North Belton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation 5:00 - 7:00 PM Thursday evening January 22, 2026 at Dossman Funeral Home Chapel.

Rosie died Saturday, January 17, 2026 in a Temple Hospital.

Rosie was born April 24, 1964, in Tampa, the daughter of Harold and Murle (Fletcher) Knight. She married Bill Colvin July 4, 2017 in Georgetown. She was the office manager for 20 years for Mikeska Distributing in Temple. She also was a volunteer firefighter for Stillhouse Volunteer Fire Dept. Rosie was a pool player and a member of the APA Pool League in Temple.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters and daughter-in-law Tami Minnick.

Survivors include her husband Bill Colvin; two sons Clayton Minnick, and Joe Minnick and his wife Stephanie Shanahan; one stepson Kody Colvin; one daughter Krystie Minnick and her husband Jesse Fejeran; eight grandchildren, Taylor Williams and husband Ethan Williams, Colby Minnick, Connor T Minnick, Casey Minnick, Connor J Minnick, Angel Sandoval Jr., Jesus Sandoval and Ethan Sandoval and wife Adrianne Krantz; two great grandchildren, Piper Williams and Angel Sandoval III.
