Tommy Neil Hatter, 66, of Temple, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2026. There are no services planned at this time. Dossman Funeral Home is helping with arrangements.
Tommy was born on December 16, 1959, in Waco, TX, to parents Logan Thomas Hatter and Dorothy (McNeil) Hatter.
Tommy was always ready to make you laugh. Even on his worst days, he made sure to brighten yours. Even if he wasn’t trying, he could make you laugh. He also loved the Dallas Cowboys. He was a huge fan, making sure to watch every game he could.
He is preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Paul Hatter, Sr., and James Hatter, and one sister, Debbie Johnson.
He is survived by the love of his life, Annie Emrick; a brother, Ricky Hatter; and two sisters, Carol Stanley and Mary Preece.
